**New Jersey, USA,** – HT Vet, a start up company providing innovative solutions to the veterinary industry, is pleased to announce the appointment of Asher Fink as Chief Commercial Officer (CCO), effective immediately. 

Asher Fink joins HT Vet with a wealth of experience working in executive positions in the veterinary industry and beyond, and is poised to drive HT Vet's growth and expansion in the veterinary market.  Asher has extensive experience working with emerging technologies, advising fortune 1000 companies as a management consultant, and holds an MBA from NYU in entrepreneurship and innovation. Recently, Asher helped build ScopioVet, a disruptive point of care solution for clinical pathology, from the ground up. Asher's strategic vision and deep understanding of market dynamics will be instrumental in steering HT Vet's commercial initiatives.

His proven track record in commercial leadership, specifically in the field of veterinary cancer screening and diagnostics, make him the ideal candidate to bring HT Vet to the next level," said Shani Toledano, CEO and co-founder of HT Bioimaging. In his new role as CCO, Asher will oversee HT Vet's global sales, marketing, and business development efforts. He will be responsible for shaping the company's commercial strategy and expanding the company's market presence.
